Intuit has confirmed that they will need
up to five business days to finish processing the required changes. During this period:
- You may continue to see two Unity Bank connections in QuickBooks.
- You may experience intermittent issues when attempting to connect your accounts.
Temporary Workaround: Use WebConnect File Import
If Express WebConnect is not working in OFX, Intuit recommends using the WebConnect (.qbo) file import method. This allows you to keep your account activity updated while aggregation updates are in progress.

- Click Browse, then locate your downloaded .qbo file.

Important Note About Duplicate Transactions
Once Express WebConnect is restored, customers
may see duplicate transactions. This is a
one‑time occurrence caused by Intuit’s aggregation refresh.
To prevent or resolve duplicates, customers should:
- Carefully review and reconcile transactions.
- Ensure their account setup in QuickBooks or Quicken is correct.
