Login Notice: Customers will need to use their original password (not token+PIN) for first login, and can reset it via a one-time PIN sent to their email or phone if forgotten.
Users Permissions
If you currently have permission to initiate ACH transfers in Business Online Banking, those permissions will automatically carry over to the new platform.
ACH History Migration
Detailed history of ACH transactions will not migrate from the current platform to the new platform. After migration is complete, a new ACH transaction history will begin building in the new system.
- Recurring ACH transfers will need to be reestablished in the new platform
ACH Payees
All existing ACH payees will migrate automatically to the new platform. No additional action is required.
