Yes, the mobile apps will be updated. The new platform is unified across desktop and mobile, meaning the same app will be used for both business and personal accounts. All app information can be found by selecting your login type: Personal, Business, or Personal & Business

Personal Users will self-enroll and can only add accounts they own.

Business User updates will contine to be handled by branch contacts, and enrollment forms will still be required. Any additional features will be announced as they become available.

Personal and Business customers will be able to update their email addresses and phone numbers within their online profile. Address changes must be handled by branch or customer service associates. 

Custom account specific wire templates will be available after conversion.  Customers that use “New Wire Transfer Using Existing Transfer” will not be able to pull past wires.

Personal bill pay payees will transfer to the new online banking.

Business payees are expected to transfer, but some may not and will need to be re-entered. This will effect entities with multiple businesses and more complex permission structures.

Personal users will have the same external transfer function. 

Businesses with ACH and wire permissions will retain their same permissions.

There will be an authenticator app but it will be a new app. The current app, DigiPass for Business Banking, cannot be updated.  It will have to be deleted and the new app, FI DigiPass, will need to be installed.

Personal customers can update their own account nicknames.

Business customers can update their own account nicknames. If multiple users have access, updates by any user will replace update of last user.

When opening new accounts, at the branch or online, customers are able to self-enroll in online banking. If online banking access already exists, customers can add accounts to their online banking access based on ownership.
 
Business accounts cannot self-enroll.  Business accounts will follow the same enrollment process using the Business Online Banking application and associated enrollment forms facilitated by Branch associates.
