Positive Pay can be located by clicking the Accounts dropdown and selecting Risk Management Services.

Step 1: Stay on the webpage you're trying to resolve

Step 2: Click the lock shown below

Step 3: Click Permissions for this site

Step 4: Click Pop-ups and redirects

Step 5: Click Allow

Step 1: Open Microsoft Edge

Step 2: Click the three dots (...) in the top-right corner

Step 3: Select Settings

Step 4: Click Cookies and site permissions

Step 5: Click Pop-ups and redirects

Step 6: Enter the website address and click Add

Step 1: Stay on the webpage you're having trouble accessing

Step 2: Click the icon circled in red

Step 3: Click Site settings

Step 4: Under permissions find Pop-ups and redirects and select the box to the right

Step 5: Click Allow

Step 1: Open Google Chrome

Step 2: Click the three dots (...) in the top-right corner

Step 3: Select Settings

Step 4: Click Privacy and security

Step 5: Click Site Settings

Step 6: Click Pop-ups and redirects

Step 7: Under Allowed, click Add

Step 8: Click Add
