What's Coming in 2026
Unity Bank is upgrading its digital banking experience to a new, full-featured platform for both personal and business users in 2026. As part of this upgrade, existing online and mobile banking accounts will be transferred to the new platform, which seamlessly connects the mobile app and web browser for a consistent experience across all devices. This page will be updated regularly with important information and steps to help you prepare for the transition.

Important Information
Mobile App Details
- Personal Mobile Users will be prompted to update your current app upon launch.
- Business Mobile Users will need to delete the Unity Bank Business Mobile app and download our new app.
- Downloading The New Mobile App
- Please note that the new app will not be available until 9:00AM on Monday, April 27.
Personal Online Banking
- External Transfers will automatically transfer over to the new system.
- Bill Pay users will not need to re-enter payee information.
Business Online Banking
- User access is now 24/7. Time-of-day access can no longer be restricted by Admins.
- Bill Pay users are advised to review their payee list, as some payees will not transfer automatically.
- Recurring Internal Transfers will not transfer over to the new system & will need to be re-established
Other Important Information
- Some functions may depend on your birthday, address, email, and phone number being correctly stored in our system. Please ensure that you have provided your most up to date information. After migration, review your profile information located in the top drop-down menu to confirm that your contact information is correct.
- You should delete any shortcuts saved in your browser for Online Banking and save the new URL.
- Debit Cards will operate as normal during conversion. CardHub will not be accessible while the mobile apps are down. For a lost or stolen card please use 800-618-2265
- When accessing Positive Pay or Remote Deposit Capture, your browser may block a required pop-up. If prompted with the screen below, please allow pop-ups to continue. If you're having issues or didnt receive a prompt click here.
