To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and memory activities, Federal law requires all mortgage bankers to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who applies for a mortgage loan.

What does this mean for you? When you apply for a mortgage loan, we will ask for your:

•      Name
•      Address
•      Date of Birth

and any other information that will allow us to identify you. At closing, our agent will also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
