Relationship Manager - Edison, NJ
Position Summary:
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing a successful and profitable branch. Job Duties:
Business Development
· Assess, develop and implement strategies that contribute to the organizations overall growth and profitability
· Cultivate long term customer relationships to maximize retention, growth and profitability.

Administration Responsibilities

· Ensure that the branch maintains a rating of no less than Satisfactory on the annual audit through the active communication and management of the Assistant Relationship Manager and Customer Service Supervisor.
· Active participation with all activities on a Regional and Market level including but not limited to; completion of weekly call reports, weekly conference calls, monthly sales meetings, cold calling, dollars for deposit promotions and market meetings and huddles.
· Control all aspects of expense and loss as it relates to the bottom line through monitoring and planning of all expenditures that will include but are not limited to; marketing budgets, meals and entertainment budgets, fee retention, account losses, and branch supplies.
· Accountable for ensuring minimal loss to Unity Bank through the adherence of bank policy on but not limited to overdrawn/uncollected items, account opening process, teller differences, rebate/waiver of fees, and general ledger balancing.

· Minimum of 3-5 years previous Management experience, preferably in the Financial services field

SUMMARY:
The Loan Processor/Underwriter is responsible for efficient processing of consumer loan applications including underwriting, loan documentation and supporting the branch network.

· Build and develop a highly proactive and competent team of individuals that will enthusiastically commit to Unity’s success through the active management of the hiring, coaching and review process.
· Work with the Assistant Relationship Manager and the Relationship Manager to implement creative activities that will both educate and motivate the team members enhancing the working environment of all staff members.

Personal Bankers are the front line of service throughout the Unity Bank footprint. They will be responsible for providing exceptional service, meeting all assigned goals, and complying with all of Unity Bank standards. The position of the Personal Banker is a challenging position which requires extensive knowledge of both teller operations and customer service functions. The demands of this position will require individuals with a positive attitude, the desire to achieve all goals, a passion for the banking industry and dedication to do what is needed to be successful.
· Partake in the overall sales efforts of the office by being active in the sales process through but not limited to; cross-selling Unity Bank product to current customers and referring non customers to Unity Bank products in the attempt to gain a new relationship.
